So we just played at Goodbye Blue Monday in Bushwick. It’s an awesome room with an awesome bartender named Kate, and there’s crazy junk all over the room. Jeremy Udden played first with a new band doing music from Ethiopia that he arranged. It was so groovy and awesome, check him out in any regard, but we’ll definitely be playing with this band again, they were awesome. Dave Treut’s Detroit band closed the night. Treut is a killer drummer, but played keys and sang / read poetry in this group. Also sweet. I won’t go into real detail, just come to the next show to see more goodness, and thank you to everyone who came tonight. Next stop is Monkeytown in Williamsburg on September 16th.
